Client Relations/ Office Administration
A Client Relations Assistant helps with customer account management, ensures customer service operations run smoothly, assists the Operations Manager with administrative tasks and aids the salesmen with customer support. The Client Relations Assistant should be a detail-oriented, efficient, self-starter with knowledge of Google G-suite, Quickbooks online, multi-line phone system, and Microsoft Excel. Other skills are: a good knowledge of the towns and villages of the Cape, understanding of various business operations, developed interpersonal skills, and a strong problem solving ability. Experience in other construction or service industries is preferred. This is a full time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Duties to include:

Answering phones (sometimes a high volume of calls)

Scheduling appointments using Google Calendar

Helping walk in customers by providing information about services

Direct interactions with customers via phone, email, and online inquiries.

Digsafe ticket management

Clerical duties: filing, data entry, document creation

Corresponding with customers regarding their projects

Supporting salesmen by confirming appointments, following up with questions, and coordinating schedules.

Assisting the operations manager with scheduling and conducting weekly staff meetings.

Creating Invoices and taking payments via Quickbooks
