This class meets online on Zoom. Watch Chef Joe from the Cultural Center of Cape Cod prepare a fabulous two-course meal from the comfort of your own home. The menu includes spinach salad with roasted beets and horseradish, and Provençale lamb stew with olives and roasted peppers. Following the online class at 5:30pm, a curbside pickup of what was just prepared online will be available for all registered students. When you pull up at the Cultural Center, an associate will bring you your meal for you to take home and enjoy!
