Event Description:
FOOD FOR FINES IS BACK At The Yarmouth Port Library! From now until December 30th the Yarmouth Port Library is accepting non-perishable food items in lieu of fines. $1 in fines will be forgiven, up to $10, for each usable item. Food collected will be donated to the Yarmouth Food Pantry. (PLEASE NOTE: The Pantry will not accept items that are within three months of their sell-by date.) This offer does not apply to lost or damaged items. Of special note: you do not need to owe a fine to donate! Your generosity is always appreciated. Thank you for thinking of your neighbors.
