Small Batch Cooking (SBC) - when it’s just you or you and your partner, cooking healthy and delicious food can be a challenge. Join us to learn some techniques that will prevent you from resorting to that dreaded bowl of cereal for dinner! SBC – Small Pan - we’ll miniaturize foods normally prepared for a crowd. We'll do Lasagna, Chicken Pot Pie and wrap up with a mini sweet treat.
