Event Description:
Join us for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception at Candy Co. on Monday, June 26th at 2:00 PM. YCC will assist with the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2:00 PM and then all are welcome to stay for a reception and refreshments. We will be celebrating a special partnership between the Candy Co. and the Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC). Candy Co. will be having a kick-off event from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM so be sure to stop by before or after our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. More information is below:
The Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC) is excited to announce a partnership with Candy Co. The partnership officially starts swimming on June 26th from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM with a kick- off event at the store grounds featuring Delilah, the WDC’s life sized inflatable North Atlantic right whale! Take a tour inside Delilah and learn facts about whales, touch actual whale artifacts and take some photos! Candy Co. will be showcasing whale themed merchandise and will be donating profits from the merchandise to WDC along with donating a rounded-up amount from each transaction in the store.
