Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, May 11 from 10am-12pm. Join Chris and Paul as they share the secrets for their foolproof pie crust! You will learn how to make dough (by hand or with a food processor) as well as how to roll, fit, and properly blind-bake pie crust. In addition to learning their secrets to making award-winning pies, you will enjoy a pie crust taste test and a slice of delicious, homemade pie from these championship pie bakers! $30/$60 for class and a personalized signed copy of The New Pie.
