Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on four Wednesdays, beginning July 6, from 10am-12pm. Have you ever wished to break free and paint in a looser, more expressive manner? This class might just do the trick! Using palette knives and fun warm-up exercises, participants will discover various ways to shake things up and bring fresh sparks to their painting style. Over four weeks students will paint from personal photo references and/or a still life set-up and practice a “less is more” approach to the work. Acrylic painters are welcome as well. Heavy body acrylics will work best. Oil painters, please NO thinners or solvents. We work strictly straight from the tube.
