Event Description:
Friday, February 9, from 5-7pm. Myth and magic; woven and knitted. Art can bring a story to life. “String Theory” is an international juried exhibition exploring the wide range of possibilities, beauty, and versatility within fiber art. “String Theory” will be in all four main galleries from February 6-March 2. “Myth and Magic” is a collection of paintings and collages by Kathleen Kendall, inspired by ideas of enchantment, dreams, and myths that come to life. Kathleen’s works will be on display in the Education Wing Creative Arts Space Gallery from February 6-March 2. This event is free and all are welcome. The Cultural Center is located at 307 Old Main St., South Yarmouth.
