On four Monday nights we will enjoy foods from the 8 oldest football teams in the NFL. Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, NY Giants, Detroit Lions, Washington Redskins, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Philadelphia Eagles. I will do two teams a night and take menu items from the cities great restaurants. We will also have a contest for the closest score to that night game with the winner getting a free class!! Tonight the in state rivals Pittsburgh Steelers and The Philadelphia Eagles are up! Altius’ grass fed steak tartare with arugula pesto, Le Bec Fin’s gallette de crabe, Butcher and Rye’s buttermilk fried rabbit and Milkshake Factory’s Irish coffee shake.
