However it is also helpful to control anxiety, decrease blood pressure, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span, it may help to reduce age-related memory loss, and improve sleep, just to name a few. In this 5-week program you will be introduced to various meditation practices and explore different types of guided meditation. Classes are for beginners interested in learning the principals of meditation and for those looking to deepen their practice. Program investment-$50.00.
