Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, November 14 from 1-3:30pm. The thought of making chocolate truffles at home can sound complicated, but really, they are straightforward and use only a handful of really good and flavorful ingredients. People will be impressed when they learn that you made chocolate truffles yourself. They are such a luxurious treat, any time of the year. In this class you will learn the basics of making French chocolate truffles, learn about different chocolate and Cognac pairings, how to make ganache, and how to roll truffles by hand. You will take home truffles and also extra ganache and cocoa powder to roll more at your leisure! $90 includes class and all supplies. ?Register at www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100.
