Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, January 27, from 11am-1pm. Learn how to make Fasolia, a hearty bean stew with meat and tomato sauce, a staple dish in Lebanese cuisine. In this class, you will cook the beans, the meat, and the sauce from scratch, using simple and fresh ingredients. Register now and join us for a delicious and satisfying class on Lebanese Fasolia.
