Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Friday, September 23, from 1-3pm. Introducing an easy version of the popular Japanese vegetable pancake! Made with cabbage & carrots in a light batter, these vegetable fritters are then topped with mayo, bbq sauce, green onions & sesame seeds. We’re pairing them with an edamame-cucumber salad with pickled ginger and sweet soy sauce. Make and enjoy these in class with leftovers to take home. You’ll make these again and again guaranteed!
