Clay Camp 2! with Paula Alvary (ages 10-12)

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, August 6 – Friday, August 9, from 10am – 12pm. This 4-morning class invites children ages 10-12 to create their own works in clay utilizing handbuilding methods. The class makes everything from mugs to interesting, lidded boxes, figures, and ideas the students bring themselves. In our increasingly virtual world, this class gives students a true hands-on experience, from starting with a concept and lump of clay to creating, refining, painting, and glazing. Participants will need to return to the Center for their finished pieces at a later date.
