Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, April 2, from 11am-1:30pm. Join Marc in the kitchen and learn the secrets of making a fool-proof Chive & Gruyere Soufflé! From preparing the dish, to whipping the perfect eggs, making a roux, and other classic and essential techniques—all to make sure your soufflé at home turns out perfect every time.
