Join us for our last Bridging the Information Gap Workshop on Dealing with the Difficult Consumer. 

Many of us have the challenge of dealing with a difficult consumer in the workplace, and it's never easy. But if we know what to say and, more importantly, how to say it, we can even end up with a stronger relationship with our consumer than we had before.

Topics that will be covered include:
  • How to deal with difficult consumers
  • How to manage your online reputation when responding to consumer complaints
  • Q&A

About the Speaker
Hollie Handrahan is the General Manager of the Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth. She moved over to the Red Jacket and Davenport Companies over four years ago. Hollie has been in the hospitality industry since 1991. She has been fortunate to work with one company in all facets of its operations. Hollie has also worked in other restaurants and resorts. She has certifications in CPR, crowd management, and tips and alcohol awareness training.
