Event Description:
Several young adults from the outer Cape who, “Recognize the importance of the immigrant population on Cape Cod, and of being inclusive and human,” have banded together to organize a fundraising event, ‘Ball at the Hall: Crossing Borders Sharing Dreams’. The event will have a formal attire dance, silent auction, appetizers, raw bar, live music and special appearance by State Senator, Julian Cyr. All proceeds from the event will benefit RAICES—a nonprofit dedicated to reuniting immigrant children with their loved ones by providing legal services, advocacy, education, outreach, and refugee settlement.
