Celebrate the summer with Chef Joe out on the patio! Tonight we feature delicious seafood served al fresco. We will start the evening with a seared bluefin tuna tataki salad with a wasabi vinaigrette. Next up is a grilled octopus salad with peaches, local greens and aged balsamic, then a seared Ora King salmon with seaweed salad and ponzu. We will finish with cheeses from the Chatham Cheese company. Complimentary oyster sangritas will be served. This is a BYOB event and cold rosés are suggested.
