Aging Mouth, Aging Mind

Please join us for a discussion regarding the latest information linking oral health and Alzheimer's disease. The presentation will be given by Teresa Simison, RDH, MS and Andrea Read, RDH, MS; proprietors of Mobile Dental Hygiene Services. We will discuss the relationship between harmful bacteria found in periodontal disease and Alzheimer's diseased brains. We will provide information to how to prevent or arrest periodontal disease, helping to possibly reduce the risk of dementia, and other systemic health issues.
