Enjoy both music and movement as we learn the basics of Russian classical ballet training. Geared for adult beginner, this class focuses on simple barre and center exercises. Adult ballet is a wonderful way to improve balance, flexibility, coordination and memory skills, all while enjoying moving to beautiful classical music. Advance registration & payment is required.
